Can You Relate?

  • You want to deeply understand your client’s personality faster and with greater depth, but feel that many therapeutic approaches only scratch the surface of their inner dynamics.

  • You want to stop guessing how a client's mind works and be able to speak their particular language so you circumvent defenses and your interventions finally land.

  • You often sense that there are deeper personality patterns driving your clients’ behavior, yet you don’t have a clear framework to map those patterns with confidence and envision a clear path for healing.

  • You’d like a practical way to apply Jung’s psychological types in your sessions, so you can quickly recognize thinking vs. feeling and intuition vs. sensation conflicts, and introversion vs. extraversion dynamics.

  • You’re looking for a clear and structured way to master the psychological types in just a few days, instead of spending years piecing the theory together from scattered books and lectures, or paying for another expensive certification.

If you answered yes to any of the above,

read this page carefully.

Mastering The Psychological Types Is The Fastest Way To Understand Clients More Deeply

Back in 2018, I came back from Dublin to my hometown in Brazil.

My visa expired and there was nothing I could do.

This transition was brutal, as I had to give up everything I had spent the last few years working on.

I had a clear career path, I was known in my community, and I had good friends.

I felt like I was finally moving forward, and suddenly everything was gone.

The truth is that I didn't know who I was anymore, I felt alone and had no idea what to do with my life…

My whole body was tense, and I felt deeply depressed, but I was trying to look happy to not concern anyone.

This alone was draining all of the energy that was left in my body, and deep down, I knew I had to seek help.

But there was a problem: my past experiences with therapists weren't great, I always felt like something was missing, and that they couldn't get me.

The questions were often superficial, they didn't know what to make of my dreams, and they didn’t realize how deep my conflicts were.

I'd often leave the sessions worse than before, as I didn't have any guidance.

At the time, I was learning about the Psychological Types, and when Jung explained the Introverted Intuitive Type, I felt seen in a way I had never experienced before.

This encouraged me to look for a Jungian Analyst, and that was the moment I experienced the real power of this tool.

Firstly, he confirmed I was indeed an Introverted Intuitive Type and started explaining my core patterns and how to work on my blind spots - an Inferior Sensation.

He made an effort to speak my language, and it was the first time I felt like a therapist got me.

I felt he knew how to guide the process because when you can reflect someone's inner monologue and deepest struggles back to them, this generates immense trust.

They instantly know you're a pro, and that's why I stayed with him for 2 whole years.

From that moment, I knew how I wanted my clients to feel when they first met me, and this put me on a quest to master the Psychological Types…

Because when you can clearly see how a person’s psyche is structured, therapy stops feeling like guesswork

  • You begin to notice how they orient themselves in the world.

  • How they process emotions.

  • You see the deeper layer behind their decisions.

  • You notice where they become one-sided.

  • You can assess their strengths and blind spots.

  • And why they keep recreating the same conflicts in relationships, work, and their identity.

This leads you to ask better questions, choose the right interventions, and understand inner conflicts and resistances.

This all translates into having a clearer path for healing and avoiding stagnation, because you have clarity about what attitude is causing problems.

And if you want to become the therapist who sees more, understands faster, and acquire a depth that keeps clients engaged for the long haul, then you need a clear method to map someone's personality structure.

Because here’s the hard truth:

When Clients Feel Misunderstood They Look For Someone Else

In my first year as a therapist, I couldn't find any clients who stayed for more than 2-3 months in therapy.

Turns out, that's the industry average.

This means therapists live in constant turmoil, chasing clients who devalue their work and are uncertain if they will have enough clients by the end of the month.

I remember my heart pounding, keeping me awake at night, because a client ghosted me and another said he would stop therapy all in the same week.

I'd think to myself, “If I were good enough, they'd have stayed”.

The raw truth is that I felt like a massive failure.

But fast-forward to the present moment, I was able to place the odds in my favor.

Now, a third of my clients stay for a year (some for 2 - 4 years), and another third stay for 6 months.

Which means that 66% of my clients stay for at least 6 months – that’s more than DOUBLE the industry average.

The number one factor that keeps clients engaged in therapy is forming a meaningful relationship with their therapists.

But for it to happen, you must be able to show you deeply understand your clients and explain their patterns with pristine clarity.

In other words, they want someone who “gets them”.

When you can't speak their language and map their personality, sessions become pointless, interventions fall flat, and the connection quietly disappears.

But don’t you think you deserve a framework that helps you understand people with more depth, more speed, and more confidence?

The good news is that there's a better way.

Imagine being able to map a client's personality within the first few sessions — without lengthy assessments or guesswork — so you can tailor your approach from day one.

Imagine being able to finally name what you've been sensing intuitively about a client for months: why they resist certain techniques, why they keep hitting the same wall, and what they actually need from you.

Imagine watching clients staying committed because the work keeps deepening and they feel genuinely understood.

That's what the typological method brings to the table.

The Psychological Types Are The Fastest Way To Map Personality Structures

When I started applying the Psychological Types with my clients, I noticed an instant shift.

The connection and deep trust that usually takes several sessions to build, started to form in the first few sessions.

Often in the very first session.

Because when you can speak the language of each type, and reflect their patterns with such clarity, they feel seen.

This generates immense trust, and you become the kind of therapist people don't want to leave.

They feel excited because they now have a tool to understand how their mind works and gain clarity about how to navigate their relationships.

Therapy also starts to feel highly engaging because in each session, they come with new insights that you can work on together.

When you have clarity about the dynamics of introversion and extroversion, and the 4 psychological functions, you can tailor your approach from day one.

This clear methodology, coupled with feeling deeply understood, is what makes clients stay committed to therapy for the long haul.

But there are a few problems…

The MBTI and Internet Assessments Have Ruined The Whole Field

Maybe you tried learning typology from internet tests.

At least that's how I came to know it, but this kept me stuck for months, AND I got my own typology wrong.

In fact, 90% of clients get wrong results.

That's why now every time I see another test claiming to reveal someone's typology, I can hear Carl Jung rolling and agonizing in his grave.

Typology isn’t static, it evolves and changes as we mature psychologically, and it isn't deterministic or characterological.

That is, it doesn't reveal personal qualities like being empathetic, confident, well-spoken, or a perfectionist and over-thinker.

This is related to someone's psychological maturity, unique skills, and frankly, not being neurotic.

Speaking of which, equating introversion to being shy and having social anxiety is just moronic.

Also, the typological method doesn't reveal our destiny or the ideal career.

What’s possible is to delineate a few basic patterns and tendencies, knowing that individually is involved.

After learning these tests are a scam, I tried reading directly Volume 6 - Psychological Types, but I faced another wall…

Jung's Writings Are Cryptic And There's no Step-by-Step

When I first opened this book, I couldn't help but feel dumb.

The book is filled with philosophy, abstractions, and doesn't give you a step-by-step.

The problem is that Jung expects you to have prior psychological and philosophical knowledge to understand his writings, but he never takes the time to introduce the fundamentals.

You have to look for them by yourself.

Luckily, I had good teachers in my post-graduation in Depth-Psychology who made things easier for
me.

But when I finally started grasping the concepts, it was still unclear to me how to turn things practical because they had an academic focus.

Bridging the gap between theory and real-world application took me months and hundreds of therapy sessions, until I could type people with confidence and lead their process.

That's why I always wanted to create my own teaching method so I could speed up other people's learning curve…

Master The Psychological Types in 7 Days

(Save Yourself Months of Trial and Error)

Most people fail in applying the typological method because they don't have clarity about the fundamentals of Jungian Psychology, and see the Psychological Types as an isolated piece.

That's why I break down the fundamentals of Jungian Analysis and shadow integration first, and then show you the right way to use the Psychological Types with real-world examples.

Instead of spending years on trial and error, my methodology allows you to start using the typological method in 7 days.

The Psychological Types Unraveled

  • Introversion x Extroversion.

  • The 4 functions - Thinking, Feeling, Sensation, and Intuition.

  • A clear description of the 8 psychological types with examples.

  • The Inferior Function of each of the 8 Psychological Types.

Bonus #1 -

The Typological Map

  • This map allows you to confidently assess someone's typology in the first 4 sessions.

    Often in the first session.

This map tells you what to look for, how to recognize speech patterns, and ask the right questions.

But this is NOT a generic list of questions to give your clients, this is a map FOR the analyst to spot the 8 psychological types faster and with more precision.

Bonus #2 -

Katabasis - The Shadow Integration Manual

  • An introduction to ALL of Jung's key ideas: The relationship between conscious and unconscious, complexes, archetypes, persona, the Self and individuation, healing neurosis and the symbol formation process.

    • A step-by-step to the shadow integration process: How to use for inner work and introduce clients to Jung's methodology.

    • The Complex Workbook - a step-by-step guide for engaging with complexes, projections, and embodying your inner work.

Now...

If all this course did was helping you keep only one client for longer… it would already have paid for itself.

Instead, I'm providing a map that you can apply to every single client to generate more trust and commitment.

I'm offering the same level of information I got in my post-graduation in Depth-Psychology, but for a fraction of the cost.

And I'm not even mentioning the countless hours of reading and trial and error to learn the typological method...

"Rafael's work as a Jungian teacher is truly outstanding. His online classes have been a source of transformation for me, providing profound wisdom and insight that helped me delve more into Jungian thought. His exceptional ability to make complex Jungian concepts understandable and relevant, combined with his contagious passion for the material, shines through in every lesson. A truly brilliant and motivating teacher".

Molly (USA)

“The biggest tool he gave me is that I can’t always control the outcome of other people but I can always control my own and see the deeper roots as to why I act the way I do. I was able to apply the techniques in real-time and mend the relationships with family members. I highly recommend him”.

Harry Venice - From Psychology Deep Dive

“Rafael has a deep understanding of Carl Jung’s work and the therapy process generally. He has the ability to break down complex material into practical, relatable content. In his Audacity program, I found his breakdown of Jung’s Personality Types particularly helpful. His masterclass ‘Katabasis’ speaks for itself. It shows someone who not only understands Jung’s work but has gone through the process of individuation. More importantly, over a long period of time I have found Rafael to be a person of integrity who is trustworthy and honest”.

“Working with Rafael Kruger this past year has been genuinely transformative for me. His mentorship helped me notice and address patterns I had struggled with for a long time—especially my suppressed creative side, perfectionism, harsh self-criticism, and addictive behaviors.

Rafael brings a rare combination of insight, care, and steadiness. He was consistently supportive without being prescriptive, and created a space where difficult self-reflection felt possible rather than overwhelming. I always felt respected, understood, and encouraged to grow at my own pace.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Rafael to anyone seeking thoughtful, compassionate guidance and meaningful personal change”.

“I am working with Rafael in the mentoring program and seeing big changes in some issues that were holding me back for most of life. I feel like I have more direction and understanding of where I am, where I want to go, and the work I need to do to get there - just after just a few sessions. The Katabasis program and the Audacity University has also proven invaluable in the process. I highly recommend his services!”

"He’s very good at being aware, catching things, and steering you in the right direction. I really recommend him if you’re looking for someone competent".

Nikollet Biro (Hungary)

"Rafael has been instrumental in helping me reconnect with my lost artistic drive, work through my workaholism, and improve my relationships. During dream analysis his insights shed light on hidden issues, so now I'm better equipped to deal with them. I greatly enjoyed the mentorship and have been living life more freely ever since, giving myself permission to enjoy time for myself and just be a beginner - things that caused me great trouble in the past. I can wholeheartedly recommend working with him!”.

Haron Gomes (Brasil)

“Rafael contributed some very interesting insights to my process of investigating my “shadows”. Perhaps his most valuable contribution was to highlight the importance of not neglecting my artistic/creative side, something I have neglected to give due attention to in the last two years. Paying attention to this and recovering something that has always been so important in my life has, little by little, helped me to face the challenges and obstacles of everyday life in a more positive and hopeful way”.

Geraldo Antunes (Brasil)

“Rafael helped immensely with my insecurities, shyness, and to set my objectives in relation to my career. I greatly recommend him!”.

Sean Barnes (Canada)

“Your program went far beyond my expectations. Firstly the value of this program is worth far more than what I had paid. I learned more about how to integrate my personal strengths and strengthen my weaknesses than I ever would have learned about Jungian Psychology on my own. After finishing this program I can honestly say my worldview has profoundly shifted for the better. I can interpret my own emotions and reactions to things in a way I never have before. I would highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to integrate themselves into the world as their best capable self. Highly recommend 10/10!”.

Jan Sykora (Czech Republic)

“I always thought of the shadow as something purely dark, bad, evil, but in Katabasis I discovered we hide in the shadow everything that is unacceptable to us - anger, signs of weakness or the ability to stand up for ourselves (if we learned to perceive it as a bad thing). This was a major turnover for me and with Rafael's gentle guidance I finally moved from a stuck place. He mentions lot of practical examples of how the shadow can manifest, so you can better imagine it in your own life. I never understood why in the end I always fall into self-sabotage. I felt like I just could not help it - like there was an invisible force above me, guiding me against my dream life. Now, I feel finally free".
